Shipping Information

What shipping methods are available?

All regional shipments are made through local USPS First Class or Express Mail services to avoid additional charges originated by private courier agencies when goods enter the country of destination.

The day after your purchase we will send by e-mail with all the information you ever need to track the shipment.

Your product is not in Stock?

If the product you selected is not available in stock for immediate delivery at the moment of your purchase, you can contact us and we will make it for you at the same price as it appears on the Shop. We will make our best to deliver as soon as possible. Bear in mind that average production lead time varies between 3 and 5 days starting at the moment of the actual purchase at the site. Then you will have to allow a few more days for the package to arrive at your destination ( 5 to 7 days).
